With reference to the two orders number 320306896122594 and 320306849139876
I placed both the orders on 14 of Aug for 02 Samsung power banks and 02 Sony headphones on Dealzkart website by logging into the account I just made with them. I recieved both the orders on 21 Aug 17. The products are NOT original and all of them are substandard and broken. There is no battery in powerbanks, half portion of the headphones are missing..
I wish to return the orders.
I have the screen shots of the orders placed and the confirmation from thier website, also I have the phone call recording which I got from their executive confirming the orders for SAMSUNG POWER BANKS AND SONY HEADPHONES.
I have also the video recording of the package when I opened it.
Further there is no customer care number for redressal of the greviences.., I want the refund of money at the earliest
