My mother ordered adivasi hair oil from a dealer ( she is a lady). She took 6500 rupees for all order.s At first, our first 2 bottles delivered at home but for next delivery, the delivery guy was asking money and he showed me that order was pay on delivery. ( there is no mistake of delivery guy). Then we call the lady and she says company did a mistake. Then we cancelled the order and told her to redeliver the oil. But then she was making excuses everyday. Like, delivery guy did scam with you, or wait somedays oil will be deliver, and now she is saying i don't know what happened to order and wait for 3 days. My mother's friends and family gave her total payment, and now we're stuck in this situation.
