Lenovo customer care still in warranty not given proper service or doing misbehave

on 26 september i called in service center, Mr.yogender said to me come i will see your problem but they didnt see my desktop.i sitted there 4 hours but they deny to see the desktop.after that they said ap le jao mai nahi karunga theek or na mai dekhunga apka.jo kar sakte ho karlo ap.then i registered complaint 0n 28 lenovo customer care,they send the part on 29 september,2016.yogender have to send enginer on 30 but they again deny for him.today they send enginer with dead part.enginer said this new is also dead.now wait for one week more.then again i registered complaint in lenovo ,lenovo employee said to yogender to send mail so that they arrange part soon,again they didnt send any mail to him.yogender contionous doing misbehaving with customer.plese see in these maater and take action
