I, Mukesh Shantaram Jadhav, Age-31 Yrs., Occupation- Business- S.K.J Enterprises, Sai Nagar, Bhadgaon Road, Pachora Dist- Jalgaon (M.S) kindely informing you to that, in above said area I have firm namely S.K.J Enterprises. I had started construction work of Godown for my firm at Old Haddi Factory, Jargaon Shivar, Pachora Dist- Jalgaon (M.S) -424201 in June 2015.
For supply & erection of Roof Shed to godown, I had demanded for quotation on 27August 2015 from Company of Manish Rathod & Chandani Rathod namely Aaditya Roof & Décor, S.F-8/ C-1-B 89 A/ G.I.D.C, Makarpura, Near Wadesar bridge, Vadodara- 390010, Gujrat in your’s jurisdiction . With respect to quotation I had ordered as per following.

As per above order, Amount of Rs. 1,41,827/- has credited to Aaditya Roof & Decor Company’s Vaishva Bank Ac No. 560011026028 of Chandani Rathod from Central Bank of India (Pachora Branch) Ac. No. 3431271210 of firm S.K.J Enterprises, Pachora Dist.Jalgaon (M.S) by online internet banking on 20.10.2015 at 14:34:26 PM and remaining amount of Rs.1,41,793/- has given by Hard Cash to Manish Rathod.
Even after complete payment of above said amount upto October 2015 to Company of Manish Rathod & Chandani Rathod namely Aaditya Roof & Decor, S.F-8/ C-1-B 89 A/ G.I.D.C, Makarpura, Near Wadesar bridge, Vadodara- 390010, Gujrat in your’s jurisdiction, they cheated me by making false statement as tomorrow we will start working or day after tomorrow we will start working. But there was never tomorrow is rise & I am being cheted by them. There after they did not received any phone/mobile call that was called by me. There after when I searched that office on Company’s said address, I found there was a simple room in complex which is not having any view/ look like Company & there is nothing any kind of workshop which is requirement for roof shed fabrication & both of them not goes there.
In December 2015 Manish Rathod & Chandani Rathod said that we told lied to you & we are unable to do work and we will returning your money back. But, they did not received any phone call there after. In last week of December we go through Majelpura Police Station, Gujrat & called both of them in police station. In police station they said we will returning money back upto 10 January 2016 and I gave chance with showing trust on them. But till date he returned only amount of Rs. 41,000/- to my firm’s bank Ac.no. By that date till today he did’nt received phone or not did any kind of contact to me.
That owner of company Manish Rathod & Chandani Rathod of Aaditya Roof & Decor, S.F-8/ C-1-B 89 A/ G.I.D.C, Makarpura, Near Wadesar bridge, Vadodara- 390010, Gujrat had cheated S.K.J Enterprises, Sai Nagar, Bhadgaon Road, Pachora Dist- Jalgaon (M.S) for amount of Rs.2,42,620 by presenting fraud papers with mutual commitment of each other.
By considering above facts I request to you that please take harsh action & detailed investigation for proposed matter because due to Manish Rathod & Chandani Rathod of Aaditya Roof & Decor, S.F-8/ C-1-B 89 A/ G.I.D.C, Makarpura, Near Wadesar bridge, Vadodara- 390010, Gujrat is falling under your’s jurisdiction. If necessary action is not taken then they will fraud & make cheat to others every time. So, please grant my request & take necessary action on them.
