Dear Sir / Madam
I Pratik Vitthal Jagtap son of Vitthal Jagtap ClaimNo:0356849,PolNo:001589,Mr.JAGTAP VITTHAL ANANDRAO,Shree Jagannath ICU & Accident Hospital-DORLEWADI,Intimation received. I process the file for reimbursement but I get the amount of 97400/- only which is not satisfied for us.after that I also received the 3250 /-- total reimbursement is 100650-/ I am not satisfy about that and same patient they get all the reimbursement for that Issue (Covid 19 Pneumonia) I I will give their name you can check It .
The steps I follow is that I submit my file at the star health office from the first reimbursement after that I reach the pune corporate office and give the hard copy letter regarding that and receive the negligible amount . I also go to Grievance from that same reply which says your maximum reimbursement is 100650/- So i want to register a complaint against Star health . Also I attached all the documents that I processed.My request is to register my complaint against the star health company .and give me my reamining reimbursement.
