Fake duplicate Mobile delivered by Tata Cliq

Respected Sir/Madam,
Tata Cliq is cheating to us they are selling wrong/fake products because we have purchased one mobile which was delivered on 12 July and same day we have requested to return because of fake and duplicate product delivered by Tata Cliq. I didn't used this phone from day one and I was kept in box same day 12July of return requested and after 4days I was reopen when Tata Cliq customer care person asked that please send some pictures from the phone the I sent the pictures after sent the pictures phone's battery was suddenly discharged from 90% then I was connected the charger and I did switch ON the phone then phone getting on and battery showing 4% only that was shocking, when charging 50% battery as I was removed the charger then phone was switched off not getting switch on, please see the attached video of fake delivered product by Tata Cliq. So please take action against Tata Cliq to stop fake product selling and direct to the Tata Cliq to refund my money and panalty also.
Sir/Madam I was I written complaint first time below message on twitter to Tata Cliq but after this written this complaint phone was not working same saying in attached Video.
while I haven't use your product then why I should go to your service center to show your product to make job sheet. while Mobile phone's Camera not as per mentioned specifications 21MP in your site. Job sheet should make so by Tata Cliq.
You collect the product from my home and make your job sheet and return our money.
