Regarding Fraud and chit fund company

I wrote the letter earlier about the chit fund fraud company "softpayz.in". After complaining they gave a msg that support team will call but till my account is not open and also not refund the said money which was chitted from me of Rs. 6588 /-. I replied them if you want to send the money that you can I don't want to meet or call with anyone. They threaten me of Lawer. I told them whatever you can do. I have all realated documents against you which can bring a proper justice. I need your help please ensure at first the company is fraud or not if proved yes you can help us to stop the chit fund. Who fraud everyday so many people.
