complaint against amazon india for not replacing my product

I ordered a combo pack of go pro action camera and dual battery charger. I received my order on 21 July 2020, when I opened my parcel I found only the action camera and dual battery charger was missing.
Then I complained to amazon's customer care and told them about my issue. They told me that they are doing some internal investigation for which they will need 4-5 working days.
Now on 29th July I received a mail from the customer care in which they said that ‘ we have fully investigated the matter with the carrier. It appears that this product was delivered to you correctly and was present in the box.
Then I again contacted the customer care, they said me the same thing again’ It appears that the product was delivered to you correctly and was present in the box and they added we have scanning evidence and we can’t do anything in this matter now’.
Then I post my issue on social media and then they replied with a link and told me to describe my issue there.
Then I again described my issue there and recieved a mail from amazon on the same day in which it was written that ‘ kindly allow our team 1-2 business days to review this further and provide an update. Once we receive an update, we will assist you accordingly’.
Then after demanding 1-2 days many times in 3 months by you I got neither a solution nor an update. I only received mails from your side when I sent you mails to know the status of my issue.
Finally on 14th October I received a mail from your side which is also a revert of my mail. In this mail you stated that ‘ please note we received an update from our team, which says customer has received main item only and accessories was missing. I have now created refund on return request, please return the main item which you received.
Then I contacted again on amazon customer care on 15th October and asked them to ‘please give me a replacement instead of refund because I purchased this product from credit card on EMI’s and bank charged me with an interest of around 2000 rs already. Secondly, I purchased some additional attachments of this camera which costs me around 2500 rs and they will become a total waste for me if I will have to return this product and this product is not available now in online market as well as offline market.
Then your agent completely refused to make replacement instead of refund
