My name is Vinay Praveen, (contact no 7671832817) i have booked a ticket at Inox GSM Madinaguda, Hyderabad, when i went to the theatre, i have purchased an ice cream in the ground floor of the mall, and completed before entering the inox lobby, then the security was rude and not allowing me to enter, i gently told him i was going to throw it in trash, but he was keep on saying that outside food is not allowed but i Said i was going to the trash can, and the security created a scene and called the duty manager Mr prasad. He was so rude he was asking me to leave the premises just for the that and he said he'll call the security and made me throughout. If this is how Inox staff behave with the customer how can we book in future. Please take necessary action i have video proof as well.

Inox Madinaguda screen7 experience by Rajesh K:
We family went to Inox Madinaguda for watching Kong vs Godzilla 2024 movies on 6th April 24.
The screen7 was worst and it looking like we were watching the old 90 movies.
The time & money and the excitement towards movie was wasted and too disappointed due to the screen presence.
This is not at all good via collecting huge money from the people as in multiplex 3d movie experiences and wasting valuable time of all of them by not maintaining proper screening in theatres.
If there is a chance I want proper explanation for the cause from the Inox management.
