Amount deducted but Cinepolis site says amount receive failed

I tried 3 times to book movie ticket on 24th March for Movie 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' on cinema hall 'Royal Minaxi mall Cinema' for show time 1:20 PM on 26th March with email ID pcpatodia@gmail.com , resulting in 2 times deduction of Rs 968.72 from my ICICI bank account and one time deduction of Rs 1068.72 from my paytm account.
The final message was "sorry payment is not successful and I didn't get any ticket all 3 times. Could you please look into is and arrange to refund all 3 time deductions.
