Complaint against TOYOTA and CHOLAMANDLAM

As we are still in the same position as we were 28 days ago.
I still don’t have my vehicle with me and everyday I have to either hire a cab or use Metro for daily travel.
Let us clarify things once again and hope we get a solution as soon as possible to this situation or otherwise we will take this further for legal actions.
@Cholamandlam Team- I gave my Toyota fortuner to the service centre on June 4, 2022. Unfortunately despite of mentioning this date in trail mail you guys still saying that vehicle was given 14/06/2022, so please read carefully and stop acting or behaving like newbies in the business. I was asked not to provide any document at the time of giving my vehicle in the service centre. Had its been the case, I would have loved to provide all the necessary documents there and then. I asked the representative twice that do I need to give any documents and he said “No Sir, nothing is required and we will get this done on priority”.
I don’t think I have miscommunicated anything on 4th of June 2022.
@Toyota Team- Being a loyal customer and having spending such a huge amount to buy such a reputation brand - The way I am getting treated or your customer serivice or your after sales service is worst.
At least I expect a decent reply from you guys. After so many days of follow up you are asking me to talk to Cholamandalam customer care Team, are you really serious on this guys. You guys sold me the policy when I said I will get it done from my bank, you calledMe more than 10 times to convince me to buy this policy, you guys keep texting me to buy this policy as you were getting higher commissions out of it.
Let me be very clear to all of you that just because of your negligence and unprofessional behaviour I am the one who is suffering and suffering daily in a big way.
