This is to bring to your notice that RNS Motors Hubli, Karnataka is demanding Additional 1.5% sur-charge fee while making initial down payment of Rs.56,000 Against a new car which I have booked using my personal HDFC debit card.
This is very unfair practice they have been following with all other customers. As per RBI guidelines merchant cannot transfer Surcharge to Customers.

After a long debate with RNS Motors Account manager Mr.Bhaskar and RNS Motor Head Manager, they declined to
Accept debit card payment without surcharge and instead asking for cash payment/DD/Online payment.
And when I asked to give me the same justification in written they declined to provide the same.
I request HDFC Bank/RBI to please register a complaint and issue a strict action against all the merchants Who cheat customer with additional debit/credit card sur-charge.
Looking forward for true customer Justice and Right of payment.

I was charged 3% additional Amount over the bill amount of Rs.36500.00 at Aanandi Nursing Home in Kolhapur, Maharashtra State on the grounds that the same percentage is deducted through their Bank Account as charges.
I had paid Through the Credit Card while taking a discharge from Hospital.I was helpless and in no position to argue much as i had to take discharge from hospital. Can i get back my 3% additional charges paid?
