Complaint against UBER cab services for Fraud by Uber employees

I have taken one car in July'16 from UBER with an agreement stating that we will have to pay Rs 800 + 20% of daily earning to them as commission. They asked to deposit Rs35000 as security however I was not able to continue with UBER so i returned them the car on 12 September 2016. Now they are not refunding my security deposit and also they are still deducting daily rental of Rs 800 from my bank account which is not authorized.
My desirable resolution would be to get my security deposit back from them and any other deduction done wrongly.

On 18.12.2016 I had wait for UBER Auto but not get it and penlized by
Uber and also in main road in evening , in ill health but next day
penalized by you.
Again on monday on 9.1.17 I had wait for Auto which was cancelled by
driver but 30minutes I had wait, when I contact with the driver he
told me He had cancel but I had again penilized by Uber Again.
You say about the location in I had book regular since 2 months. Now
driver did not found it? Another point is if trip cancel by the driver
why customer penalized?
You have not any easy customer care center where customer can register
a complaint immediately.
I refund my money with compansation for west my time. I will go for
court of law and media.
