I am a daily user of ola cab and using payment method as ola postpaid.
But on 5th nov. 2022 I booked a cab from kalyan to powai, so i travelled in cab having registration no.MH01CV9705 and driver name as Sandeep Yadav,but at the time of completion of my ride my ola Postpaid money wallet got debited but the driver forced me to make payment in cash as it is showing cash payment in his system so i payed a cash to him and raised a complaint on ola support platform for refund of online payment but now driver denied that cash payment was made and also ola support platform is now rejecting the refund.
