I had made a payment to ACT on 8th June which could not be processed. The amount got deducted from my account. Since the payment was not through, i again made a payment of 8206 on 14th June, which was successful and the company received it.
Regarding the earlier transaction of Rs. 8206, i contacted my bank and they sent me the transaction details saying that the amount was successfully transferred to the ACT Fibernet company.
Today is 13th May 2020, it has been more than 11 months and I have not received the amount from ACT Fibernet. They deny that they ever got the money
