I AM FROM BHARHUT NAGAR SATNA (MP)MY BSNL LAND LINE PHONE NO. 225375 ARE NOT WORKING FROM LAST TWO MONTH BUT BSNL SEND ME LAND BILL EVERY MONTH BSNL STAFF ARE VERY WELKNOW TRERE ARE IN HOL BHARHUT NAGAR AREA LINE ARE NOT WORKING DUE CUTTING OF UNDER GROUND WAIR & THEY ARE UNBALE TO REPAIR LINE THEN WHY WE PAY THE BILL EVERY BILL FOR RECURRING CHARGES SEND TO ME WHEN LINE ARE NOT WORKING THUS WHAT IS MEENING OF RECURRING CHARGS
