BSNL Coochbehar - Refund of security money, I disappointed as no initiation has been taken

`Sir,
In terms of my appeal dated 01/08/2017, I disappointed as no initiation has been taken from
your end. Now, I again beg to draw your kind attention as under:-
1. Telephone line (No. 03582-240423 with BB connection) was interrupted since
13/02/2017 and it was to take a long time as stated by bsnl officials, I
surrendered my connection with complete instruments and accessories on
02/03/2017.
2. After getting bill of Feb/17, I met with SDE/BSNL ,who put remarks in bill for
rebate and advised me to see with AO. Accordingly I met AO, who kept my
original bill and stated that rebate will be adjusted from security money and
rest amount will be transferred in my account within two month. After 2 month,
I again met with AO. Now there was another person, who noted my case in
his diary and assured me to solve my case.He did not advised me to deposit any
bill.
3. That Sir, no any action taken and there was no information received that how
much amount has been rebated and what amount, I have to be deposited.
4. That Sir, in July, I contacted to AO on phone and he replied me that my case has
already been sent to Kolkata ,which may be refunded within a week.
5. That Sir, I always paid my bill online. And even there was no any outstanding bill
has been showing against account on bsnl website till date.
6. In reply of my email of dated 26/07/2017 to you, it is stated by AO through email
on 29th’july/17 that until payment of Rs 518/-, my security money will not be
refunded. Now I want to know that why a responsible Acount Officer misguided
and harassed a customer and delayed to refund of security money as per
rules of TRAI.( To get refund of security deposit within 60 days of request or
termination of service subject to adjustment of pending dues, if any.)
7. Sir, I hope you will take initiative to solve my case and reply within shortly other
advise.
