We have booked tivoili garden palwal for our lagan sagai program...we have given advance payment...on the date of program..there were 3-4 functions there, our guest limit is of 500... And we were asked that if any single guest added to your list we will charge 1000/- per plate...we agree on this..on the 21st when we reached the venue first of all there were no borad and sign of our function...we are confused about our program...some of our guest went to other function hall...and many of unknown guest came to our function...second the program has to strat on 5 pm but till 6:30 no welcome drink was provided...no snacks provided...even when all guests were present everybody compalint regarding the food service..we were highly disappointed by their service...and when we xompalint to them they were not listening to us
