Complaint against OYO regarding Check-in denied and no help from customer care

I booked a room at OYO 26198 Mawbynna Guest House, Shillong on July 07 (Booking Ref: HRBM0145) for five persons. When I reached the hotel to check-in at 9 PM on 7th, the owner told us that the property no longer has ties with OYO, and I was denied the stay. We then called the OYO customer care and they told me to book another room which would cost INR 6000, which was way more than our budget (our booking price was INR 2900). I had a group of five persons with me, out of which two were girls and it was raining heavily. It is quite a well-known fact that after 9 PM everything closes in Shillong and it is not safe to search for other hotels at that time. We then booked a room priced INR 5000 after searching many other nearby hotels, most of which were closed. The OYO team's service was pathetic and we got no help from them. It is the worst experience of my life and I will never recommend anyone to book a room in OYO again. Why did OYO provide booking for hotels which has no legal contract with OYO? Now I want them to pay the extra INR 5000 I paid to the other hotel as it was a fault from their side. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
