Cheated by REDBUS, Very Filthy worst than a local bus, not able to post

This is to bring to your kind notice of the worst experience I had while returning from Katra to Amritsar by so called AC SLEEPER bus booked via RED BUS
Aggregator - REDBUS( Scammer)
Fare - 1974(since the AC works only on blue moon)

Condition - Very Filthy worst than a local bus, not able to post the photos and videos else you would have seen the real torture
Upon reaching the bus stop tried to hand over the luggage to the helper, to my utter shock he asked me to pay Rs. 100 upon questioning he told me he is charging 50 Rs per bag however since I have booked it online that was the reason for charging less.
2. Upon entering the dirty, drastically nasty and filthy bus I was denied a seat which I had opted for while booking this was the second shock which I got. It seems it was their discretion to allot a seat after lot of argument I guy named " Batola" allotted the very front corner seat ( they were calling it connector seat) stating it is a single seat and would be comfortable. Since I didn't had any other option I had to agree and occupied it
3. Post travelling 50 kms i.e once I reached Jammu my single seat was automatic converted to double and they asked me share it with one more passenger forcefully since they already took money from him.
4. Apart from personal harassment stated above the bus stopped at multiple places for their (staff) refreshments picked up road rise passengers like a local bus. It was really horrible
