SBI Debit & Credit Blocked Card giving unnecessary charges

Hi SBI,
Debit Card
I have blocked one of the debit card with number 5596010037004163. Luckily I found SMS about ticket no. and date. Date: 31st Aug 2016 Ticket Number: 81631082327245262. This card was charged from account on 20th Feb 2018 with fees 206.50/- INR.
After checking at branch bank I found the card number and they insisted me to call on toll free number. Over toll free number, I blocked the card as of date 3rd March 2018 with Ticket No 81803031534527674. And in the end they said me next year too fees will be deducted from my account.
Credit Card
There is another issue regarding credit card which has ending 4 digit 1229. I was using this card before 2 years and I have blocked it then. I don't have any proofs right now as I have changed my mobile after that. So you will have to dig into your history and find it out. Today all of sudden I am getting SMS about 3539/- INR is due, after 2 years. Please look after this, as I am not going to pay this but this will definitely effect my CIBIL score and I will not tolerate this.
I am now not sure whether this card was blocked or not. And I am ending up with paying unnecessary charges. I doubt now whether Vijay Mallya was guilty or SBI bank itself is fraud. According to my block history I shouldn't be charged even this year.
Look after all this issues, I am definitely going to take this to consumer forum. Because I am wasting unnecessary time behind trivial things which I can utilize for more productive things.
