Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have applied for debit card card before two months ago in Bank of Baroda branch hardoi .
Still I didn't receive my debit card but yesterday I have received msg from Bank of Baroda , in that massage there is mentioned that debit card is delivered . And morning from my account 295/- rupee has dedicated.
Can you help me where you have delivered . I didn't get any call from the delivery person also the bank.
How ! slow your service and you don't know to follow up with the customer also . You people don't receive call even. I hope you will work on this request
Please help me to solve this issue otherwise I will take another step .
