Hi Team,
I am Manpreet Singh (Co-applicant) S/o Kuldeep Singh (Applicant), R/o 103 Radhey Shyam Park, Gail no 4, Parwana road, Delhi 110051. I would like informed to you that I had applied Home loan from AHFL which I never received, however; I have already paid (Vipin Kumar) approx 1.25 lac from my side. Break-up for this amount paid is: Rs. 50000 as cash initially paid as processing fee for the loan, there were 3 EMI's of amount RS. 16200 approx was deducted from my account for the month's of Dec'17, Jan'18 & Feb'18 and then second loan was sanctioned to me since the first loan was reversed and RS. 10000 as cash was again paid by me. Then another EMI for the amount RS. 17200 approx was deducted for the new loan in April'18.
I never the received the cheque for this loan and the Property dealer has lapsed my deal and has denied giving my Rs. 6 lakh that we gave him as advance since the remaining amount was not given to him cause of delay from your end.
I want you please cancel this loan since builder is no longer giving my advance payment and refund my Rs. 1.25 lakh you have taken from us.
I have already given request for policy cancellation under FLC period in DHFL ,HO Gurgaon.
I was ex-employee of DHFL Pramerica project in TCS.
We would be forced to go to the consumer court or Grievance Registration & Information Database System in case you do not honor this request.
