Recovery of Vehicle Forcefully by banker

Respected sir .,

I shri Ashok Balaram Baikar, resident of 368,Papa Dhui Chawl , Nehru nagar ,V.M Road , Vile parle (E) Mumbai – 400 056, Lodges my complaint and grievance for the modus operandi , inviting your kind attention , calling for the unjustified act done by the Recovery officers of Indusind Bank ,consumer division from Masjid bunder ,along with the Manager assigned to this task of this bank under pretex of recovery .
Sir , I m a ordinary bus owner of a loaned vehicle ,who make my end meet , Bus income was the only source of Income which provided my family need , a shelter, my children education an other needs , an food for my family , after this gruesome act done by the said Indusind Bankers , I m totally devastated and shattered an my family is facing heavy crunch , my mind is not stable, there is a loss of compensation, mental agony and deep suffering .
I had Purchased a vehicle and taken a loan from Indusind Bank an Hypothecated the vehicle with the banker and the monthly EMI were set to 30550/p.m for 47 Month to get over in 07/07/2016.
I constantly paid for 34 month and only 13 installments were remaining , an may have missed one installment , due to slack season, but the banker recovery officer instead of working out an way to restore their installments , they followed a modus operandi for recovery of my vehicle by booking my vehicle as a client for Khopoli trip an paying advance of Rs 2001/- an than after boarding the Bus , they mislead me to a godown at shri Sai baba enterprise for pick up an once reached the gates inside ,the compound they forcibly took my original RC book, my papers,Key than pushed and dragged me out of the bus and frightened me and said ,go to the police an give a complaint , the Bankers has recovered the Vehicle for non payment of dues an this is the way we recover . I pleaded with, fell to their feet , they said , come to the HO an speak to the Manager , an he will do the needful .
I immediately seek help from neighbors, well wishers an whatever funds I could get commitment , I rushed to the Bankers to get the statements and the amount to be paid to regularize the Loan , Sir , I was unheard , my plea did not reach to their ear, they turned deaf ear to my saying, an said I m late by fews day an they have sold/auctioned the vehicle already, an they recovered the dues from the auction . I saw the vehicle on the road operating immediately , I came to know that the dealer who frequently visit the branch has purchased the said vehicle an is in convince with the Bank officer an Manager done this setup , I believe all this is a part an Modus operandi adopted by this network under the shade of recovery and banking norms . They realized I m a simple person, not so educated , can be victimized an would not follow due process of law an , will sucumb too their tactics in the name of recovery .
My details are as follow . The vehicle is EICHER : Bus No MH-04FK-1093,33 seaters.
Loaned amount sanctioned Rs 10,70,000/-(rupees ten lac, seventy thousand only )
Hypotecated Contract No : MWF00053L dated 08/09/2012 till 07/07/2016.
Monthly installment Rs 30550/ p.m for 47 months To end by 07/07/2016
Paid 34 installments starting from Sept 2012 till 2015 July ., 13 installment balance due ,
Recovery the vehicle on 28/08/2015, immediately .

Sir, I m surprised , by this modus operandi , scripted in this matter , I m totally shattered, having incurred compensation loss from Aug 2015 till date , my entire season is lost , my mental agony is taking a toil on my health , I have lost my health an I m running pillar to post for the recovery , taking guidance from Un-know sources at times , I became a victim of false pretext of recovery measure adopted by such a reputed banker.
I need my vehicle back , immediately , an I have not transferred my NOC in their favor , My bread butter is at a stake an humbly request you all to look into this matter. I m ready to sell my House, donate my lungs, my organs , my kidney , my blood too to pay of this loan ,as this is the only source of livelihood , I depend upon , without which I m dead for the family an for myself future needs.
Please help me to seek justice at the earliest , before I collapse or turn mental or sick by this shock an agony .
