Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub: Online Payment Amount Debited from my A/c No. 249010100022285 not credited to beneficiary Gold loan A/C- 0116450700010317 of Manappuram Finance Limited.
I have done an online payment transaction for Rs. 5000/- using my Debit Card on 24/12/2016 (date) for credit to the beneficiary account of Manappuram Finance Limited. The purpose of the transaction was to make repayment into my one of relative gold loan account with them.
The transaction fail and amount was debited to my bank account on the same date. However, I have now been informed that the same has not been credited to the account of the beneficiary.
The transaction ID for the payment is – POSTXN/RUPAYpauU_www.manappu/11113073 ( it is shown my bank statement )
Kindly investigate and arrange to ensure prompt refund of the amount to my account.
