As Prime Minister of India announce Lock-down all over India. To give relief to common man, he also announce a Moratorium scheme.RBI also approve his scheme. As per Moratorium, Customer who opted for Moratorium need not to pay EMI or interest in Moratorium time after apply. But cunsumor have to pay the amount in extended EMI (Principle EMI along with Interest for the period).
I have a credit card from ICICI / SBI Bank, for which I applied for Moratorium up-to 31st August.
But Bank instead of increasing EMI, asking all payment in one go. As per Guidelines of Moratorium there should not be any Penalty or late payment charges nor there should be any report in CIBIL. But bank is doing the same. even before completion of block the card and forcing me the pay the entire amount.
They are even making Threatning / harashing calls.
