Azad Market Branch State Bank of India Shiv Lal Sharma forced me to pay money to take the NOC letter

Subject: Complaint regarding Sharma Ji Azad Market Branch


Hi Team,

I am informing you this information with very sad heart.

I had already paid off my car loan last year and till date I have been asking for N.O.C document from the bank branch Azad Market and Sharma Ji always inform me aa jayegi kuch muh mitha toh karwao. This is so disgusting situation for me that, govt employee are still asking for money. My loan account number is 32736319387. This is not the end , add on to this.

My P.P.F account is in Azad Market Branch and few days back I was depositing the amount in my account, however the cashier informed me that, this account is not in our branch. I was shocked because I have opened the account in the same branch few years back and how come my branch location got changed,after that he said you can check with Sharma Ji.

I went to Sharma ji workstation and explained everything to him. I asked him why is it happened and no one has informed me. He said if you want to deposit money without being levied with any deduction amount then you have to submit it in the same branch. They informed me the branch is pratap Nagar because your rest of the accounts are with them. I went to pratap Nagar branch and they said we don't have the access for your PPF account. Azad Market team is handling that account. I was irritate that time and I stepped out from the bank.

Again I came back to Azad Market branch and informed him about everything. Sharma Ji said Sir Apko toh aaj hi pata lag gaya ki account hai kha par, nahi to yaha par to Mahino lag jatey hai yeh hi pata karney mein. It means how the Azad Market team is giving support to the customers. I asked why you did this? . He said Phele system mein yeh hi information aa rahi thi ki your bank account is not with us. I asked him tell me the current status he said server is not supporting you should come tomorrow or give us the tea amount we will give you the solution.

I asked what you are trying to say. He said give me 500 rupees or provide me the car cover for my car. I can tell you the exact location of your branch and also you can deposit the amount here without any service chagre. After that I asked him that tell me the extra price of applying loan in this branch ( Car Loan ).

He said without wasting time and you want same day approval then 5000 rupees this includes manager and my charges. After that I came to know that why he gave me the wrong information, to earn extra amount from me or from the customer.If this type of employees run your business then I think no one can get approval regarding his/her loan or anything related with the account. These incidence not happened with me only the rest of the peolpe are discussing the same.

I being harrased, torture by your employee Sharma Ji. I would really appreciate if you teamcan take serious action against him and try that none of your employee do this in future.
