I have booked air ticket through yatra.com on 25.05.17 in jet airways flight, Chennai to Delhi PNR: OFQUJC flight on 30.06.17 mistakenly & then I rescheduled within 10 min for same flight for previous day(29.06.17) PNR OIQNGP for rescheduling the ticket i have been forced to pay 8814.00. but as per Jetairways reschedule policy posted in its website it says that "if you cancel the flight tickets booked online or change the dates of journey there is levy of penalty fee of Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively for international flights and of Rs 1750 for both in case of domestic flights. However, if it happens within 24 hours of making the reservation, penalty fee is waived off. ".when i inquired the same with Jetairways customer care they stated that this rule is applicable for only those who book ticket in their website only but not through yatra.com or any other agencies & you take this issue with yatra.com. but when inquire with yatra.com they are saying it is jetairways policy no way they can do any thing about it & neither yatra or jetairway is willing to refund the amount . I dont understand What kind of policy is this to reschedule freely if done in jetairways website & penalise for other who reschedule through other agencies. For a common man like me it is the same booking ticket in yatra/jetairways how will we know about these policies, it seems they punishing me for booking through yatra.
Kindly help to refund the amount please.
