It was worst experience ever when I booked the flight from Bangalore to Jaipur for 2nd March 2017 from Aircosta airline via VIA.COM and I got the email before 1 day saying that flight got cancelled and there is no alternative flight so I had to book the urgent flight in near by double amount.
Still it would have been OK even if they could have given the refund amount immediately but even after so many emails and follow up I always got the same answer it would be processed in some time but it's been 6 months even after 20 emails i didn't get my refund back.
Aircosta emailed me that they refunded the amount to Via and Via said it is stuck with Aircosta so they both are stuck in infinite loop and I got also stuck between both of them.
There are lots of consumers facing the same problem as some other flights also cancelled from Aircosta and there are lots of consumers filed the complaint against airline but no idea what is the result ??
I hope to see your response ASAP and I hope that you will make all the consumers relief by justifying the judgement and maintain the faith of public in our legal system who stands for consumer by providing the Ticket Fee (4095)+ Urgent flight booking Price (6000) + Mental Pressure/disturbance claim
