Spice jet representative called me for an up-gradation from 3x3 seats to 2x2 seats.
On the travel day, they changed the airplane. The new plane did not have 2x2 seats.
I have asked for the refund of the additional amount paid for upgradation.
Airlines is not accepting the fault.
