Aircosta Airlines Complain Non Refund of Air Ticket Fare from BLR-AMD-BLR

As per your mail dated 10th Mar 2017, and further communications in this regard, Air Costa has promised that the refund will be processed to my credit card account. However till now the amount is not received by me. As I have indicated in my earlier mails, I have been force to pay the interest on my credit card due to awaiting for refund from them. How ever on 22nd Feb 2018, I have received mail from them "
