the 79 Bn CRPF , located in Hotel International , Sonawar, Srinagar (J&K) PIN- 190001 has got a DTH connection through online (Compare DTH service) vide No. 702702552 on 26/10/16 . But, your agent was not came to our camp to install the same till 31/10/16 by which we registered / complained same and booked on 01/11/16 for refund Rs. 1499/-- . But till date we are not received the said refund amount Rs. 1499/--. Hence please refund the said amount as soon as possible. in this regard we are already contacted to you customer care no. 8882544544. They did not respond for said refund and stopped talking with us at midtalk. we are suffered more. ,
