On 14th Feb, 2016, I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator from one of authorized dealer Snehanjali showroom in Andheri West,Mumbai. Its model no. is RT36JSRZESP and bill no. is E588426A. The refrigerator was delivered to my place at 10 P.M at night without informing the time of delivery and as I bought this in exchange of my old fridge, the delivery man was in hurry to keep the new refrigerator and take the old one. They have not given us time to check and verify the product.
No man has come with them for installation of the product.
Next morning, when we are checking the product then we find two big dents on the right side wall.
I immediately informed the dealer about the defect in the refrigerator and personally visited the dealer but they are not ready to replace the product after continuous follow ups and 100 of calls to dealer they got agreed to give us the replacement which took almost 10-12 days.
After installation it was working fine for 1-2 days but then its cooling system has broken down.
I immediately made several verbal complaints about the issue to the showroom as well on Samsung customer Service Call Centre, the customer service people (on the call) guided several times to do some temperature settings which I did but the problem is as is it and after various complaints which can verified at Samsung India IVR system, one of engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the “Thermostat” but again after 4-5 days the same problem occurs with additional problem of Ice on doors and again I called samsung customer service centre and engineer came and said the cooling is not proper, I need to change additional some door rubber which now I refused to do so as many experiments were done by samsung engineers.
Therefore, I request samsung to kindly change the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period. I am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon and will take up with concern authority.

We have purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator ( Model - NEO) IC305TCGB4-RST dt 24-Feb-2013.
In this life span of 3.7 years, This Refrigerator is attended 4 times for serious complaints by your Authorized Service Agent M/s Active Services,Pune.
Attached here with scan copy of Purchase bill,Service bills & Service request mails etc.
Trailing is the Chronology of events for your ready reference:
1. First complaint reported dt 05-Apr-2015 : Issue reported was : Overcooling of content in Refrigerator .
Authorized service Engineer visited -
Problem Identified : Thermostat & timer malfunctioning
Parts replaced: Thermostat & timer.
Bill amount - Rs3290
Proper model of thermostat was not available & same was highlighted by us, but as per Service engineer that was ok for this model & hence replaced
Cash memo bill given though we had insisted for Taxed bill.
Refrigerator worked okay for one day
2. Second complaint reported dt 07-Apr-20115 :Issue reported was: again gone out of order. and was short circuited. Complete Refrigerator was carrying current.One of our senior noticed that otherwise these was chance of major accident to our kids.
Problem Identified : Thermostat and relay malfunctioning
Again during repair, Service Engineer replaced thermostat model with correct one & additional relay was also changed.
He was asking for money ,but when we highlighted his mistake, He said it is free replacement.
3. Third complaint reported on 28-Jul-2015( just after three months) : Issue was for non cooling of content.
Problem Identified : Compressor no working
Authorized service Engineer visited - changed Compressor with new one ( free of cost)
Rs1949 taken for gas charging & Visit charges ( again on cash memo)
4.Fourth Complaint reported dt - 23-Oct-2015 ( just after 3 months) : Issue was for non cooling of content
Problem Identified : Compressor no working
Authorized service Engineer visited - changed Compressor with new one ( free of cost)
gas charging done ( free of cost)
During all these times voltage checked & found with in control limit specified. However we had procured V-Gaurd voltage stabilizer for refrigerator on suggestion of service Engineer after second complaint
Now since two days Issue is non cooling of content & we suspect compressor working issue again .
We thought now we will not raise complaint in system & write to Whirlpool directly for getting proper solution by good knowledgeable technician.
Looking at the above series of complaints, we at family had reached to conclusion that we have done a big mistake by purchasing Whirpool product.
