Hello,
One Assist have deducted 1299 rs on 06/05/2017 from my HDFC credit card without any of my acknowledgment and giving me any information, I have complained same day on their toll free no. 1800407333333 for refund they asked me you will get refund within 7 days and i don't get any complain no. or any other massage from company after that i called on that no. a lots of time but they are not responding any of my call..Still i don't get any refund and they are answering any of my call.
If i don't get my money back i will take legal action against company.

When plan cancellation request was done then why one assist head office employees are calling me and saying that they can not refund money because of plan is activated.
I got call from this number 912266452222 on 15/05/2017 at 11:10 AM.
