Vodafone worst network and over billed amount for no service

Vodafone can charge you for anything and ask you to pay without giving the details of what you need to pay for. I took Vodafone roaming service for travel in another country but exceeded the limit as the limit was not mentioned while I activated the service nor when I called the customer care. and now The amount is 11,775 rs and the details of how much data was exceeded will only be revealed to me once I pay....as i don't deserve to know what im paying for...pathetic logic as it is not possible to get this info until I pay, then on what basis am I being charged. So you just need to blindly pay and not question because they wont answer until you pay. you dont deserve to ask as they are already doing a favour by giving their not so working services.
I say this because I have been raising multiple complaints because there is literally NO i mean Nil network when im indoors or in my area. Still I have been paying them the monthly bill of 900 rs from 2 years just so that some day it starts working again and paying all this amount for not using any services all this while. using whatsapp calling for everyone in my house.
And if you dont pay for the exceeded limit..your number will be blocked without intimation. To your surprise you wont be able to do anything now. You call the call centre using someones prepaid number as I cannot use my phone(blocked) and they tell me they cannot help as I need to call using a postpaid number because I have post paid connection. So I need to search for someone with post paid connection so that Vodafone can help me. i try to use Vodafone app it doesn't work while everything else in my phone works properly. They ask me to visit a vodafone centre at late night as if it would be open, it closes at 7 PM. And with much difficulty i try to login to vodafone but the OTP sent to login to the website I cannot recieve..as there is no network. i try to chat for 2 hours & more and the response I get is they cannot give me the detailed information of the unbilled amount and i can only check it once i get the bill. I ask them who can help me with the detail but again the reply is to pay so we do not face interruption. This amount is excluding monthly rental and service tax, that apply after your free usage quota has been consumed. So a total of around 12, 675 rs to be paid immediately so that they can continue to “not provide” you network and keep charging you for the same.
So this is the best that VODAFONE can offer and are so happy to help but not help. I am truly disappointed with this attitude and culture of Vodafone, but they wont care because one person wont make a difference to them. It was such a mental harassment all this while.

I recharged on dated 15/7/19 of 399/- for 3month, but it showed validity end on 24/7/19.Vodafone customer care told me it will resolve on 27/7/2019, they blocked my sim card without any notification and without any information. Very bad service of Vodafone.
