Respected sir,
My name is Vaishali Nilesh Patel from Surat city, Gujarat. I am cheated by Times Vacanza which is offering club membership plan for tour and event celebration. The brief detail is as under.
As per call from Times Vacanza, travel agency office we were inform that we selected in lucky draw and invited to collect prizes.So me and my husband visited times vacanza office in first week of December-2017 at Dipkamal Mall, Varachha road branch, Surat. We attend a presentation where company’s sales persons told about their company which was the project of Times Group and they said that that day they are offering membership and told about the facilities of the membership. They said that it was a good offer of travelling at various places 7 days in year And also they are arranging most of the event of 31st dec., valentine day, holi day celebration and all others events also.
They also said that if you take this membership today then you can join upcoming 31st dec. party and membership card will come at your home through courier after 2-3 working days, and on the basis of that card you can free enter in 31st dec party arranged at Surat.
So we like the offer and we ready for membership plan of rs.73520.00 for 5 years and paid Down Payment amount immediately 5950/- on 16.12.2017 through ICICI credit card and its credit card invoice number is 000073 and Times Vacanza Payment Acknowledgement receipt no. is 1448, dat.16-12-2017.
After 4-5 days passed but we didn’t get any courier of membership plan. Then we called times vacanza office, they said to wait for another 5-6 days. We wait but till after that we not received courier. We again called and inquire about membership card, they said after 2-3 days you will get it. But we didn’t get.
Then we finally visited Times Vacanza office on 2 days before celebration of last year on 28th dec. They called their staff courier delivery person and confirmed said that today night before 9.00 pm you will receive your membership cover. But again not get that day, 31st celebration over but we didn’t get membership card after that day also. We suffered with very bad service and tired from Times Vacanza company.
Then we decided to cancelled the membership of Times Vacanza thinking that before membership they are not cooperate us, after taking membership how can we trust their upcoming service. All staff engaged only for money making business. Like us all others are also we came to know they are also cheated.
We want our down payment amount of Rs.5950 back but they are not taking interest to return our money back. And we are doing follow up and called the staff of Times Vacanza office at deepkamal mall, varachha branch many times and my husband also called head office MANAGER PINAL SHAH but they are not giving any right answer and we didn’t get our money back yet.
From the 6 month we are not getting any cooperation of Times Vacanza company. We also didn’t availed any of their service. Yet they are not giving our money back to us. So please sir cooperate us to refund our money back. I will be very much thankful for your support.

सबिनय निवेदन है की मैं शकुंतला देवी W/O श्री रामा नन्द पांडेय ग्राम-सिकटी,पोस्ट-बगवां,थाना -गरहनी जिला -भोजपुर ( बिहार )पिन कोड 802203 मेरे पति का आचरण ठीक नहीं हैं जिस कारन वो अपनी कमाई का सारा पैसा अपने बड़े पुत्र अशोक पांडेय व उनकी पत्नी बसंती देवी को दे दिए व सारा पेंशन भी उनही लोगो को देते हैं मैं अपने पति से अलग रहती हूँ मेरे दो पुत्र हैं दोनों का बटवारा पंचयात अस्तर पर हुआ था जिसमे सभी की सहमति से सम्पति का बॅटवारा दो बराबर भागो में हुआ था उसमे लिखित बॅटवारा हुआ था की सम्पति दो बराबर भागो में बाट दो व पति को पेंशन मिलता है जिसमे दोनों का गुरजा हो जायेगा अगर पत्नी साथ रहती है तो ठीक अगर अलग रहती है तो उसके भरण पोसन के लिए पेंशन से आधी राशि देंगे ये बॅटवारा 2009 में मुखिया ,सरपंच के द्वारा हुआ था मै 72 वर्षीय बृद्ध महिला हूँ मै अपना भरण पोसन करने में असमर्थ हूँ मेरे पास जीविका का कोई साधन नहीं है मेरे पति 2009 से अभी तक मुझे एक भी रुपया नहीं देते जबकि मेरे पति श्री रामा नन्द पांडेय को 2 पेंशन मिलता है वो भी बृद्ध हो गए है मेरा बड़ा लड़का व उसकी पत्नी अब बुढ़ापे में उनको डरा धमाका कर आपने पास साथ में रखते है व उनसे सारा पैसा ले लेते है व मुझे एक भी रूपया नहीं देने देते मैंने थाना ,महिला थाना ,DSP ,SP ,ADM, DM,महिला हेल्प लाइन आरा भोजपुर बिहार नितीश जनता दरबार ,न्यायालय में भी भरण पोषण के लिए कम्प्लेन किया है पर हर जगह उनके पास पैसा है दे देते है और मुझे सिर्फ DATE मिलता है
अतः आपसे निवेदन है की मुझे न्याय दिलाने की कृपा करे मै अपना भरण पोसन करने में अश्मर्थ हु मैंने जितना हो सका सभी से मदत के लिए बिनती की पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुआ अब मेरे पास मृत्यु के सिवा दूसरा कोई रास्ता नहीं है मै असहाय बृद्ध महिला न मेरे पास पैसा है व नहीं मै कही जा सकती हु !
