My worst experience is that i had ordered a flower bouquet on Oct 17, 2016 and date of delivery should be on Oct 18, 2016 clearly mentioned in the date section. But these guys has been delivered just after booking with in 2 hours. I had raised a complaint regarding the same with the customer service people and these people are not in intention to speak with the customers about their fault. Even in the chat session also those people are not at all responding.
Never ever book using this website is my sincere request.
