Complaint that why Uber cab charging toll tax form customers after toll tax

Hi Travis/Kalanick,

I am followup to my complaint that why Uber charging toll tax form customers after toll tax exempted between 09th Nov 2016 to 24th Nov 2016. and also uber charge these tax form customer than how many customer charged and how many customer get reversal.

You Uber team suppose to do but they did not, As "Right to Information Act" you need to answer for these customer.

Waiting your both revert.

@ Chief Vigilance Office of India, Need your support to provide such information because they are not follow the rule.

Due to privacy policy, I'll not be able to share the details of the toll tax with you. However, we are aware about the toll exemptions made by Government of India in regards to the demonetization and can confirm that we aren't charging any toll tax to the riders.

If the toll amount has been applied to your account incorrectly, please reach out to us and will assist you accordingly.

Hi Sunny, please understand my question I asked that from 9th November to till date how many customers charged toll tax during their rides and uber team reverse their money back.If still not than uber suppose to back reversal by immediately. And also i want to how many customers charge during these. I asked total number of customers not vaule.

I am really sorry to hear about the inconvenience here. Due to technical glitched sometimes toll added in error and we are happy to reverse these charges. At the end of the day we make sure that our riders are not charged unfairly. If they think they are charged unfairly, we are just a mail away to help them.

Gouri simply i asked same for uber how many customers charged for toll tax and how many customers get reversal.

I understand your concern here. I've reviewed the trip taken on 18 Nov 2016 08:33pm and see that the toll charges of INR 200 have been added as Uber credits to your account.
Please know that tolls are waived by the government, however, due to technical glitched sometimes toll added in error and we are happy to reverse these charges.

Dear why you charging again and again charge toll tax with in state, yesterday i was use trip to vasundhara to bhopra up and down and charge 200 toll tax if some did not see bill than you continue to charge like this. This 3rd time i have charged same. Also one more thing if govt of india announced that there will no toll tax till 24 Nov 2016 than why your charging.
