NO SERVICE OF THE AC AFTER SALES

Complaint Date : April 9, 2021
Service OF Rconnect 1.5T AC no 24312205 Dated 9th March 2021 and Service call 8043554613 dated 11th March 2021 from your tll free number 18008891044 and your mails from CEO: BM.Bade@ril.com problem not resolved till date and you have stopped replying now.
Kindly refer our above mentioned service calls for repair of R connect 1.5 Ton inverter AC pending since 9th March 2021.I have also accelerated the issue to CEO: BM.Bade@ril.com.
They have been assuring that the problem will be resolved by replacing PCB's on the out door unit and indoor unit.I was asked us to pay Rs 6800/- towards the repair cost about 22 days back.I had agreed to pay the amount after the repairs.
Till today the head office is assuring the repairs but no service person has come since last 15 days to attend the problem.The AC which was purchased on 8th May 2018 and the compressor is still under 5 Years warranty and product life is still existing.Its very painful to have the product not working and if fails in such a short duration and service from your side is pending and not attended.
I have got 9-10 nos of R connect AC's installed at my place.This type of response makes me think again to show the same confidence on R Connect products.
In case I get the same type of cold response from your side I will be forced to raise the issue on social media and to your CEO Directly.I will also be forced to take up the matter with National Consumer agencies for protecting our interest.
I am still confident that the issue will be solved.Kindly attend the problem as soon as possible.
