We take a Reliance big TV connection 2 weeks ago. But this DTH connection is not working so we tried calling costumer care since last 15 days all of their executive says same thing we r refreshing ur TV it will start working with in 15 mins but same thing continues and also there respective technicians not receiving our call. We registered for this service in the month of March and they give connection after 6 month which is not working. We are just calling them and they are not giving damn care about this.and also not receiving our calls and hang off in middle it feels like humiliated they are not even giving us local address of there office they are harshong is not doing anything
