I am purches in moto mobie FROM FLIPKART-23.06.2016, submitted my cell phone on 3.01.2017 at services center due to the problem in my mother board and display , according to service center they got display part of mobile from Motorola and the other part that is board still not available in Motorola company and as we all know according to company policy if you unable to repair my cell phone within 15 working days you should have to provide replacement i.e new one,MANY TIMES Call in mot coustamer cente not reply in my any call .Therefor i request you to say that please provide my cell phone as soon as possible.job shit no-SRINE0111701030001,IMEI/SN.NO-35895306435856 & 358953064357864
