I would like to inform that i have chosen pickmi service for my Redmi Note 3 dark grey model and it has been 12 days since it is at Xiomi India service center. I am highly disappointed with their service as it was promised that the repair would take a maximum of 7 days but still i am getting only one reply by the customer care executive which is "it's under production". I demanded an immediate replacement or refund of the same product but the keep saying that it cannot be done according to their policy. Please look at this issue and solve this as soon as possible.
