we had taken an home loan on your advise of low rate of interest and promise of subsidy on our home loan as it is our first home
the loan was processed in Nov 2017 and Finally disbursed on 28-Dec-2017 of Rs. 1636581/- (Sixteen Lac thirty six thousand five hundred eighty one only) with loan account no 629015114 by name of my Brother IQBAL SINGH BABBAR and Mother JANAK KAUR.
We were firstly taken loan from TATA CAPITAL HOUSING FINANCE and TATA were unable to provide us an subsidy facility and after your promise advise to us for lower rate of interest than TATA and subsidy on our home loan ONLY AFTER YOUR ADVISE we transfer our loan account from TATA To HDFC after 6-7 months.
After a month Nov 2017 we given you all document to process the same and finally we will disbursed the loan amount in 28- Dec-2017. (in Nov 2017 with wrong cheque deposit on behalf of you we suffered with some Rs. 15000 Charges (Stamp duty and wrong cheque deposit by you and your team and my bank has been charges for the same to me its approxx to Rs. 1000/-) I SUFFERED THAT AND NOT TAKEN BACK MONEY FROM YOU ONLY BECAUSE WANT TO MAKE AN GOOD RELATIONS.
When after that i told you to submit the subsidy forms and process and didn't reply me.
As finally i called you and as per our last telephonic conversation regarding home loan subsidy on 3-Apr-2018 @ 12.09 PM as so on, your were supposed to send me an documents and send email to Subsidy department for our loan with written that your were specially promise us the same. now you are not replying me on whatsapp and my calls, kindly reply us regarding subsidy
