Dear Sir,

As per trail mail, Myself Naveen Kumar Yadav, would like to draw your kind attention that I have generated the claim on 02.07.17. – with the claim No 6210072973 and My IMEI No is- 355406073346918. at Quick heal technologies limited And from that day I am unable to communicate to the customer care on this matter and not even your employee is followup for the claim. I am facing problems from your side is to not no communicate with the customer care because of the poor computerised toll free no – 022-28717171 and [email protected]

As I have been courier the handset with the box- courier slip attached for the same,
Further the accessories of the hand set (charger and hand free) couriered- slip attached for the same.

Hence no body is following up for the same. The problem which I was facing now the company Reject the claim on a below remark.
Remarks: Dear Customer, based on your claim documents, the insurance company has decided to repudiate your claim as per policy terms and conditions.

But on my site, I can prove that the documents are all mine and can prove the same in the court. The mis-understanding was that I was named as Naveen Singh Yadav in my previous Pan card and Bajaj card and I have been rectified the same on same PAN NO (AFZPY5689K) as Naveen Kumar yadav, this is because due to all my documents are named as Naveen Kumar Yadav.
From Your side I don’t even understand that why the claim rejected as all documents are correct and true and I give a true declaration of all my documents to the company.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and kindly go through above problems which I am facing or please call 9015145639, 9350650654 to need further clarification.
