Payment taken but refused to give bill

I had undergone a surgery @ CHALLA HOSPITALS @ Dharam Karan Road,Ameerpet,Hyderabad, Telangana,and I had opted for Cashless facility as I was having my medical insurance policy with Star Health & Allied.There was no problem at all from my insurance company and they have approved the claim for cashless payment but when I was informed to get admit in CHALLA HOSPITAL on 12th of April, they refused to give me my AC Standard room for which they had taken pre-approval and even hospital people knew that I had opted for this room,I was ill treated at hospital.I somehow managed to take AC Standard room and got my surgery done on 13th of April.Later, I got discharged from the hospital on 15th morning and they said that total bill was Rs.65602 but the insurance company had approved for Rs.61135 and they had added few more charges and told me to pay Rs.5067 which on asking my concerned doctor, he told them to give a nominal discount for Rs.250 and later I had paid Rs.4817 and then when I asked for the bill and my reports and everything those hospital people told me that the reports and bill will be given after a week time, I said ok will come again and collect and later on when I went again to ask the bill for the amount they had collected from me Rs.4817, those people refused saying that they will not give the bill and in the actual bill they had clearly mentioned that amount of Rs.4467 WAS NOT COLLECTED FROM THE PATIENT, which is absolutely false.
Today again when I went and requested for bill copy those people took me to some incharge Mr.Chaitanya Challa who was speaking soo arrogantly as if he is speaking to some beggar or as such.He was not even listening to us and said that they wont give bill and I can do whatever I want to and this is only the way they behave and told me to get out of his cabin.

I therefore request you to please take an immediate action for such kind of hidden fraud hospitals which neglect the patients just because I was paying through my insurance company.
