Dear sir,
My wife is admitted in this on 13.4.23, no body is take care of patient like note of feed back in treatment dacument, no body is ready to tell the patient, no one is telling about the investigation report, we always call the nursing staff 3/ 4 times,than they resone
when we ask anything than staff replied that go to emergency, when I request at reception counter that please meet me MOD ,no response since 2 hrs .My patient is not well.
Kindly improve the services system/ educate your staff because in hospital because 50 % patient recovery by counseling only.
