Fraud in selling Life insurance policy - HDFC and Reliance Agents

I would like to bring to your notice the fraud being done by persons claiming to be HDFC and Reliance Agents.
I have taken HDFC life policy number : 20358952 on 5th May 2018, sales person who contacted me for this policy is Mr Sanjay Sharma ( +91 97173 89755, +91 97738 52563) stating that he is HDFC Life staff.
He communicated that HDFC Life is running a scheme in which the agent commission will be passed on to the policy purchaser (by making customer as agent) within 3 months of the payment and interest accumulated will be transferred into Pension policy. he also conveyed me that my agent code D1804375860IN.
I have been following up with him but for the commission transfer and Pension policy documents but - no success. On my followups he is now stating that HDFC policy has changed now and commission amount will be paid after payment of 2nd installment.
Later i have got call from a person - Mr. Anand Srivastav - +91 96676 49764, claiming that he is Bima Lokpal and would like to help me with policy issues. He guided me to get my HDFC policy freezed and port to other company. He told me that my HDFC life policy amount will get transferred / linked with new policy.
He guided me to purchase Reliance Nippon Life Insurance policy (on my Wife Name): 53477479 on 17 April 2019 through Reliance agent Aditya Bansal - +91 74280 24965.
When i have received my policy document - i could not find any linkage of amount transfer from OLD HDFC policy. And when i am contacting them now they are stating that it will be done at back end and nothing will be mentioned in documents.
I have been also contacted by Mr. Avinash Sharma (Claiming to be from IGMS department) - +9 1 7466026346 - and seeking details by claiming that he will help in this issue.
