I AM AYUSHI PATNI,I SEARCH A JOB IN CLICK INDIA JOB PORTAL FOR ONLINE HOME BASE DATA ENTRY WORK ON 19th JULY.I HAVE TAKEN A PROJECT (FORM FILLING HOME BASED WORK)FROM S.o Services,THEY SEND ME A LINK FOR DOWNLOADING A APPLICATION (APPLICATION NAME IS DIGIDOCS).APPLICATION LINK-https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.digitalagreement.digidocs),AFTER DOWNLOADING THIS APP.
THEY TOLD ME TO CAPTURE MY PIC AND THEN SIGN ON THIS APP. ITS ALL DIGITALLY DONE ON ANDROID SMARTPHONE.AFTER THIS THEY SEND ME A AGREEMENT SOFT COPY ON MY EMAIL.WEBSITE WHERE I WORK http://www.worksfromhome.in/Default.aspx .WHEN I CHECK THIS AGREEMENT THERE IS NO. COMPANY'S REGD. NO.,PAN NO.,GST NO.,REGD.ADDRESS,AND MY PIC AND SIGN SHOW IN THE BOTTOM OF THIS AGREEMENT.ACCORDING TO THIS AGREEMENT THEY GIVE ME 2200 FOREIGN COUNTRIES FORM,THESE FORM SUBMITTED BY ME WITHIN 20 DAYS.SAME DAY I CONSULT WITH MY ELDER BROTHER AND HE SAID ME THAT I DON'T START THIS WORK THAT'S WHY I M NOT STARTED THIS WORK AFTER 20 DAYS (11th AUG.)THEY CALL MY CONTACT NO.AND SAID THAT YOUR WORK IS NOT SUBMITTED UPTO 11th AUG. SO YOU PAY CONTRACT CANCELATION FEES OTHERWISE WE WILL SEND YOU LEGAL NOTICE. ON 13th AUG.THEY SEND ME A SOFT COPY OF LEGAL NOTICE TO MY MAIL ADDRESS.ADVOCATE NAME M.PATEL(MOBILE NO:9574001054),ENROLLMENT NO. 2203/2016.THEY PRESSURISE TO ME FOR DEPOSITING THE SAME AMOUNT IN THEIR BANK A/C.THEY TORCHER ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO INNOCENTLY SIGN THEIR AGREEMENT,SO I REQUESTED TO YOU PLS TAKE ACTION AGAINST S.O SERVICES,SURAT(GUJRAT)AND RELATED PEOPLE WHO INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM.THEY ARE DAILY CALLING ME,MESSEAGE ME AND AFRAID ME.DEAR SIR I BELONGS TO A POOR FAMILY SO I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY 8000/-AS COMPENSATION THEY DEMAND.PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO THIS SCAM.THANK YOU.

Don't worry ayushi let them call you.
I had already paid them 5200 and they want me to pay 7500 more for noc .
first, they told me that it is up to me that I need a noc or not when I say no they ask me to pay 5200 only. now they threatening me to pay 7500 more.
they mail me too, if I don't pay them they send a legal notice to my stay address and police will arrest me I told them that I will file a case against them of harassment and fraud.
Now when I asked them for 5200 rs receipt they told me that they will send a legal notice at my home and denied for any kind of receipt.

Ayushi you need not to pay the amount. Same like you i do also faced the same problem. This is just a group of fraudulents who do spoil the motivation of youg guys. This company s. O. Service is now working as unique technology name and helpline no which are provided by them are 7211180153//9737299571
So please dont be afraid you may raise a case in consumer court legally by online process so that you will be safe. And dont try to do anything wrong with your life in dipresson and dont let your moral to fall down. Just keep on doing efforts towards your good future.
