I am Urwashi Aggarwal a concerned parent . Recently 29th May 2021 we have taken Meritnation App paid subscription for my daughters for class 10th and 12th but we are not satisfied with classes .so we want to cancel the subscription package with the refund but they are refusing to refund us. Earlier we had a talk with Mr. Deepak kumar (Sales executive from Aakash institute) the mobile no. From which we received the call was (9716712468) on date 30th may 2021 He told us to give 10th and 12th class scholarship for the boards and NEET exam by taking a small test . Then he took the scholarship test of both of my daughters after that he talked with his senior Mr khushwender kumar who provides scholarship and they called us and said that we have to give Rs 70,000 for both of my daughters study pack .we told him that we need sometime to think and we also told him to give a trial class before enrolling but he didn't agreed and told that they would understand well . But after taking the classes on date 1st June 2021 timing 5pm .Both of my daughter's were dissatisfied with the way of teaching . So we told Mr Deepak to cancel the package and refund the amount but now they are refusing to do so.so it is complete waste of our money if we don't get any benefit with it.
So I request to meritnation to pls cancel our package we took package on date (29th may 2021) and refund us.
