I have requested for shifting of my set top box as per below details in GTPL cable operator.
Customer No. : 3698913 (Jagdish Sindhav)
Request No. 493962 on 09th Jun 2018.
Still my set top box is not shifted. I have called so many times to customer care / Nodal officer / visit GTPL office but still no any response.
Also, I need my refund money for stopped service since 16 days shift connection as quick as possible.
Also, Please do let me know, what is the legal action for harassment of customer in delay of any services.
